We provide the safest tools and state of the art equipment for tree pruning, removal and grinding for the greater Cleveland area. Multiple crews and a non-stagnate work environment. • Climbers: Must have experience, clean driving record must be proficient with rigging, tie offs, setting straps, running ropes and bucket work and be able to work with little or no direction must uphold clean and safe practices for trimming and removal work.
• Crane Operator: Competitive starting pay based upon experience. Operator must have 3 yrs. crane experience (tree service a plus but not a must) we can train you for tree trimming and removal if all other qualifications apply. Must be able to operate a crane in a safe and professional manor, with a working knowledge of equipment and safety standards. Must have a CDL current and clean driving record. Prefer natural leader as this position has the potential to be a crew leader position.
• Crew Leader/Foreman: As most companies including our own, prefer to promote within we understand the need for those individuals with a tree service back ground that haven’t had the environment conducive for their abilities and experience to shine. If you have the back ground and ability to organize, plan and keep others on task we welcome the opportunity to discuss options for your skill set. Competitive pay based upon experience / driver’s must have a clean driving record.
• Ground Person: An entry-level position responsible for all groundwork, including the operation of various pieces of power equipment, removing debris, chipping brush, traffic control, assisting and working with Tree Climbers, and site clean up after each job.

Our team is looking for an Administrator Receptionist that is highly motivated. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. This position is the first contact for our customers to company, making this role crucial to the company’s foundation. 

Responsibilities:

• Front desk – Greeting customers as soon as they arrive and coordinating with them to get the information needed.
• Phone management – Answering and gathering information effectively to generate the what the customer wants to be passed on to the estimator. Being able to build rapport with the customer to make them feel comfortable with our company. 
• Administrative support – Being able to receive, sort, and distribute paperwork to the appropriate place. 
• Appointment scheduling – Making the necessary calls to schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain accurate information and answer any inquiries from customers appropriately.
